Our agency was founded in 1995 to provide Sponsored Residential support. Over the past two plus decades, we’ve remained continually responsive to the needs of our communities as we live our mission of “Valued Lives, Meaningful Living.” Our current suite of services includes three sister companies.

As co-owners of sister companies with shared values and mission, Wall staff know about opportunities that could enhance an individual’s life. The pre-existing professional relationships between staff of our different services increases communication, leading to more holistic support in each service being received.

Our Founders
Jack Wall, M.Ed. and
Kamala Bauers, LCSW
Jack worked as the Director of Mental Retardation Services for two Virginia Community Services Boards and had over 25 years of experience in the field before founding this agency. Kamala Bauers came to this work primarily as a sister of an individual with significant support needs. Wall Residences began in their home, with Jack and Kamala as Providers to the first individual supported by this agency.
